We're sorry, but accommodation is not provided within the conference. Accommodation can be booked according to your own choice. More information can be found on Booking.com.

Registration (conference) fee

All participants who wish to attend the conference have to pay the registration fee, which includes organization expenses, access to sessions, a copies of the conference materials, refreshment during the conference, lunch and banquette ticket, proceedings and social event. The registration fee is non-refundable!

The registration fee for the participation at the conference is 20 EUR.

Registration fee must be paid to important date. In the absence of the conference taxes are not refundable.

Payment

Prices are set by agreement. All payments should be free of bank handling charges. We are not a VAT payers. The payments have to be made in EUR and free of all bank and other charges.

When you making the payment by bank transfer please remember, in message to the recipient, to indicate your name, surname and reference number, which will be shown on the automatic reply by email, that you will receive after submitting a registration form.

Participation at the conference

Please, show the proof of payment during the presentation. In the absence of the conference, fees are not refundable. An invoice, if you need it, you receive personally after the conference. In event that you can not participate personally in conference, we welcome a your representative.
